Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to check the product. If the product is not functioning properly, you are eligible to claim a replacement.
- Exchange Process:
- Contact us via email at techtropia@techtropia.store or message us on Instagram with your order number and details of the issue.
- If your exchange request is approved, our rider will visit your location to collect the faulty product and deliver the replacement.
- Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for the exchange process. These charges must be settled at the time of the exchange.

- Provide clear pictures and/or videos of the product showing the damage or fault.
- The photos or videos must also clearly display the shipping label slip attached to the package to verify your order.
- Condition of the Product:

- No signs of intentional damage or misuse will be accepted.
