  • Refund Process: Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued with the delivery charges deducted from the total amount.

    2. Attach photos or videos of the broken or damaged product to help us process your request faster.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to check the product. If the product is not functioning properly, you are eligible to claim a replacement.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact us via email at techtropia@techtropia.store or message us on Instagram with your order number and details of the issue.
    2. If your exchange request is approved, our rider will visit your location to collect the faulty product and deliver the replacement.
  • Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for the exchange process. These charges must be settled at the time of the exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Return & Exchange

To process a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Proof of Damage or Fault:
    • Provide clear pictures and/or videos of the product showing the damage or fault.
    • The photos or videos must also clearly display the shipping label slip attached to the package to verify your order.
  2. Condition of the Product:
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • No signs of intentional damage or misuse will be accepted.
  3. Reporting Timeline:
    • For Returns: Report the issue immediately upon receiving the product.
    • For Exchanges: Report any product malfunction within 7 days of delivery.
